  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar optional
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder optional
  • Olive oil or spray for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
