- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp almond flour optional
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: garlic powder Italian seasoning, chili flakes
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour (if using), baking powder, salt, and seasonings until smooth.
